Respiratory Therapist

Role: The Respiratory Therapist Lead oversees daily shift activities, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care. They analyze patient needs, assign tasks based on staff competencies, facilitate interdisciplinary communication, and support staff development. Responsibilities: Provide clinical assistance, monitor equipment, assist with staff onboarding and training, and promote quality improvement initiatives. Lead shift operations, evaluate staff performance, and ensure adherence to safety and customer service standards. Maintain equipment functionality and support process improvements. Qualifications: Requires Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy, valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT certifications. Prefer Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification. Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience across critical care areas and current advanced credentials.
