Respiratory Therapist
CRT pay rate: $29.18 - $43.77 | RRT pay rate: $32.78 - $48.72 based on relevant experience. Additional $3.50 shift differential if applicable. Eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
About the Role
This position is responsible for performing a variety of respiratory care procedures and functions as prescribed by a physician. This role requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. The employee must fully understand and actively participate in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital, demonstrating behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP).
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (required).
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
- Current Illinois Respiratory Therapy license or letter of authority from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Note: License Examination must be taken within 60 days of graduation, and the director must receive the license within 90 days of graduation.
- Current ACLS certification.

Pay
