Role Overview Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 5 years of experience to provide comprehensive respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating respiratory treatments, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following established guidelines.Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams through documentation and communication.Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures.Apply advanced clinical skills in critical care areas such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep labs.Demonstrate continuous learning and prioritize tasks efficiently. Qualifications And Skills Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.Licenses and certifications: Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS), Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.Ability to perform advanced respiratory procedures and troubleshoot clinical issues.
