Our client is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join their growing team in Alma, Michigan for a 13-week assignment starting 09/14/2026.
About the role
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will monitor and treat patients with temporary or chronic respiratory conditions. You will complete diagnostic tests to determine respiratory conditions and communicate with physicians and nurses to develop personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and treat patients with respiratory conditions
- Complete diagnostic tests to assess respiratory health
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create treatment plans
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
Schedule
- 3x12-hour night shifts
Pay
- Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,205
- Estimated weekly stipend: $1,246
