Respiratory Care Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to assist patients of various ages in achieving maximum health potential. This role operates on both Day and Night Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in achieving maximum health potential
• Provide respiratory care services under the supervision of a licensed practitioner
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• Graduate of a program in respiratory therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• Upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
• 2 years Full time hospital based acute care Respiratory Care Practitioner experience that includes Critical Care, Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Child-Birth Center, Nursery, Neonatal ICU, and PACU

Qualifications

• Current RCPs with certification and experience meet requirement for role

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay

Yearly Base Salary Range: for Associate/Freshers role: $74k to $95k for Senior role: $100k to $129k
