Respiratory Care Assistant- 20 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and stock medical supplies for Respiratory Care Services, Pulmonary Function Lab, and Sleep Disorders Center.
• Perform daily oxygen rounds, change oxygen equipment, and deliver oxygen cylinders to all patient care areas.
• Conduct daily audit and submission of Respiratory Care billing.
• Use cleaning products to clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, following all safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, carry, push, and move items weighing up to 20 pounds, including oxygen tanks.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals safely.

Schedule

Evening rotation (Afternoons) with weekends as needed. Holidays are worked. No on‑call obligation.

Pay

Compensation range: $16.45 – $24.52 per hour.
