Resource Teacher for all ages

About the role

Did you previously work in a daycare but are burnt out? Are you looking to get your feet wet in the industry? Do you like working with kids, but not writing lessons and completing assessments? A Full or Part-Time Floater at the Goddard School of Spring House will join our growing team of 25 teachers and over 150 families to support the school in a variety of ways. We will work with your availability to create a schedule that allows our teachers and community to feel supported and thrive every day! Full Time teachers are eligible to receive a wide range of benefits to support you and your family. If you work under 35 hours a week, these benefits will not be available to you.

Responsibilities

• Support the school in a variety of ways as a Floater or Assistant Teacher
• Promote positive classroom management techniques
• Share ideas and experiences with Lead and Assistant Teachers
• Collaborate with directors and onsite owners
• Work with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School‑Aged students
• Explore various ages and developmental levels to find ideal mutual fits for each teacher

Requirements

• Have 2 years of Early Child Care experience
• Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers
