Job Summary
Instructs special education students individually and in small groups in accordance with MCOE policies and procedures; develops and implements IEP goals, assesses students, and coordinates programs to increase independence and functioning in society, socially, vocationally and academically.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid California Education Specialist Instruction credential or its equivalent, possession of an appropriate valid California Driver’s License with evidence of insurability, First Aid CPR Certification within six (6) months of employment
- Required Qualifications: Copy of Transcript (Bachelor of Arts Degree with conferred date), Credential Copy (Education Specialist Instruction or equivalent), Letter of Introduction, Resume
Desirable Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Pay
$59,464.00 - $126,388.00 Annually
Schedule
M-F; 7/ Hrs; 94 Days

This position is grant-funded. The grant is expected to end 6/30/2026.
