Credentials & Documentation

• Submit a PDF of your current valid credential(s) applicable to the position.
• If you are Intern eligible or not yet credentialed, attach a letter on official program letterhead detailing:
  • Your credential status and type
  • English authorization
  • Expected completion date
  • Any outstanding requirements

To obtain a copy of your credential:

1. Visit the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website.
2. Click on “Search for an Educator,” then use the secured search option by entering your Social Security number and birthdate.
3. All documents and credentials associated with your record will be listed. Select the appropriate document number, right-click, then select “Print.”
4. Change the destination to “Save as PDF,” and save the file for submission.
