Resource Solutions - Project Consultant

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as Interim Controller, managing financial operations
• Oversee accounting functions, transactions, and month-end closings
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Implement and monitor internal controls for regulatory compliance
• Lead special projects, including system transitions and audit preparations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Experience in complex, multi-entity corporations
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong self-motivation and initiative in ambiguous environments
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Ability to pass thorough background checks

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
