Resource Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Growth, Delivery, and People Ops teams to align resources with project needs
• Lead regular Casting meetings to match skills and availability to project requirements
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of team skills and profiles
• Interface with CRM data in Hubspot to support resource planning and create custom reports
• Analyze casting data to identify trends and optimize resource allocation
• Manage projects in Harvest, ensuring accurate resource assignment and time tracking
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of resource management or project coordination experience in a consulting environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
• Proficient in using BI tools like Looker and spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on detail
• Ability to adapt plans based on evolving project information and needs
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
