About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing resource planning strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resource allocation models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate resource conflicts
- Monitor project progress and adjust resource plans as necessary
- Prepare and present resource planning reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resource management or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Knowledge of resource planning software tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
