Resource Medical Assistant for Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Onboarding training with newly-hired medical assistants.
• Competency reviews of new medical assistants.
• Ongoing education and trainings with MA staff on office workflows, clinical competencies, and quality initiatives.
• Manages stock of Point of Care Testing (POCT) and other medical supplies.
• Safeguards exam rooms are stocked, clean and orderly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of accredited medical assistant program preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) highly desired.
• BLS Certification required.
• MA certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, based in Londonderry, NH.
