Job Description As a Resort Services Operator, you will: Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guestsAnswer calls using the phone routing systemRoute calls and take messages for the appropriate departmentsEnsure faxes and mail is distributed and handled correctly Qualifications Must have schedule flexibility; Nights, Weekends, and HolidaysCall center experience preferred.
