Resort Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with resort guests to provide safety support and general customer service.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of the entire resort, including grounds and restrooms.
• Watch for suspicious persons or activities entering, exiting, or loitering around the property.
• Monitor activities to protect resort assets and reduce safety risks.
• Handle guest-related issues professionally and maintain order when conflicts arise.
• Manage rare occasions involving unruly guests, including safe removal from the property if necessary.
• Promote and follow safe work practices across all resort areas.

Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: Previous security experience is required.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Availability: Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background Check: Passing a standard employment background check is required.
