Location: Branson, MO | Full-time | Division: Resort Ops | Pay Rate: $16/hour
About the role
As the Resort Activities Host, you’ll bring the fun every day by coordinating recreational programs for all ages based on guest interests, resort needs, and the season. You’ll plan and lead classes, games, competitions, mixers, holiday events, and special themed activities that keep guests and owners smiling. You’ll be the go-to vibe creator—answering questions, sharing resort info, and helping solve guest concerns with a friendly, upbeat attitude. You’ll also manage recreation inventory, order supplies, and stay on budget while jumping in to support other departments to ensure every guest’s resort experience feels seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recreational programs for all ages based on guest interests, resort needs, and the season.
- Plan and lead classes, games, competitions, mixers, holiday events, and special themed activities.
- Answer guest questions, share resort information, and resolve concerns with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
- Manage recreation inventory, order supplies, and stay within budget.
- Support other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Stand for 90-100% of the shift (extended periods).
- Occasionally carry and lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Work weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- 6 months of previous experience in activities/recreation, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Creativity and polished customer service skills to enhance guest interactions and activity experiences.
- Ability to make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
