About the role

Since 2021, six associate-archdeacon transition enablers (AA-TEs) have played a vital coaching role in supporting and encouraging clergy and parishes to transition to new models of ministry as detailed in the Diocesan Strategy. This role continues to be crucial in fostering creative and adaptive approaches within the Diocese of Sheffield.
