Residential Youth Worker - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking Residential Living Assistants (FLEX Transitional Living Assistants) to supervise and mentor high school seniors in campus residences, preparing them for independent living.

Responsibilities

• Teaching life skills such as self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, healthy relationships
• Supervising developmental and recreational activities
• Accompanying students to chapel
• Collaborating with staff to improve programs
• Providing coverage in student homes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience mentoring or coaching youth
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• Residence in campus housing (with restrictions on guests)
• No smoking or weapons
• Alcohol use prohibited during duty
