Residential Therapist

Overview

We are seeking an independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who wants to do meaningful, structured clinical work with youth in a highly supported residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Individual, group, and family therapy services
• Crisis intervention and stabilization support
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Transition planning, discharge coordination, and aftercare support
• Case management and coordination with external systems (TDFPS, families, providers)

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (independent licensure required)
• Have experience in residential, foster care, or behavioral health settings
• Hold confidence working with complex trauma, behavioral dysregulation, and conduct-related needs
• Value teamwork, communication, and consistency in care
• Can manage documentation, coordination, and clinical decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• Hold LPC, LMFT, LCSW Licensure
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• Experience with complex trauma and high-acuity youth strongly preferred
