Overview
We are seeking an independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who wants to do meaningful, structured clinical work with youth in a highly supported residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Individual, group, and family therapy services
- Crisis intervention and stabilization support
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Transition planning, discharge coordination, and aftercare support
- Case management and coordination with external systems (TDFPS, families, providers)
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (independent licensure required)
- Have experience in residential, foster care, or behavioral health settings
- Hold confidence working with complex trauma, behavioral dysregulation, and conduct-related needs
- Value teamwork, communication, and consistency in care
- Can manage documentation, coordination, and clinical decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
- Hold LPC, LMFT, LCSW Licensure
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Experience with complex trauma and high-acuity youth strongly preferred
