About the Role
We are looking for a Residential Therapist to join our team and provide clinical services for our Portland, Oregon programs. The Residential Therapist will perform comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments, mental health assessment updates, and develop treatment plans. They will provide mental health treatment services including individual and group therapy, skills training, and case management, as well as clinical supervision and oversight to residential direct care staff.
The Residential Therapist will demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, service planning, case management and coordination, utilization of community resources, and individual and group therapy. They will document treatment interventions provided, including rationale for services and progress towards intended outcomes in the EHR, and maintain compliance with established productivity standards and EHR competency expectations.
This position will work at our Rockwood RTH, Fairview Firs RTH, Columbia Rose RTF, and Willamette Rose RTF.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and updates.
- Develop and align treatment plans with diagnosis and goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy, skills training, and case management.
- Offer clinical supervision and oversight to residential direct care staff.
- Document treatment interventions, rationale, and progress in the EHR.
- Maintain compliance with productivity standards and EHR competency expectations.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting (required to meet OAR requirement for QMHP).
- Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
- Must pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers; occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.

Pay
Unlicensed: $6,000 - $6,750 per month
Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (Full Time, Day)

Rockwood RTH: A co-ed, 5-bed Residential Treatment Home serving adults living with a mental illness. Each resident enjoys a private, ADA-accessible bedroom and shared ADA-accessible bathrooms. Conveniently located near public transportation and other public services.
Fairview Firs RTH: A co-ed, 5-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. Includes an ADA-accessible unit, private bedrooms, community areas, kitchen/dining room areas, and enclosed outdoor areas. Located in a grove of old growth timber on a large lot with lush landscaping.
Columbia Rose RTF: A co-ed, 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility serving adults living with mental illness. Features beautiful hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, private bedrooms, a private deck, and a partial private bath for each resident.
Willamette Rose RTF: A 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility serving adults living with mental illness. Partially ADA accessible. Residents enjoy private bedrooms, a private deck, and a partial private bath.
