Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate and confidential recordsPerform meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Information DHS 83 training preferredLocal travel may be required (25–50%) Note: This role involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific treatment environment, fostering independence and safety while assisting with daily routines and emergencies.
