Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate supervision and support in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants. Key Responsibilities: Offer support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and training Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful demeanorValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details: Training (DHS 83) preferred or to be completed post-hire; local travel may be required (25–50%).
