Residential Supervisor (Colonial House - Burnsville, MN))

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor to join our Colonial House program, a long-term residential program. About the role

This full-time supervisory position provides supervision, selection, and training of assigned staff. The role ensures program oversight to meet the standards of People Incorporated in a manner consistent with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The Residential Supervisor will be supported by Team Leaders who have been with the organization for many years.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values as well as program and organizational policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate them accordingly.
• Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered and conducting regular 1:1 supervision with all assigned employees.
• Attract, hire, orient, and retain high-quality staff.
• Provide training, assess strengths and development needs, and give timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies, and best practices.
• Partner with staff on identifying and developing professional goals that encourage and support professional growth within the organization.
• Coordinate staff meetings and program scheduling, ensuring proper coverage occurs. May co-facilitate meetings with others as needed.
• Provide direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner.
• In partnership with other program leaders, review program procedures and service standards, establish proper authority relationships among members of the work group, and create a congenial work environment.
• Drive clients to appointments and community outings.

Schedule

• Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Exempt.
• Mondays–Fridays from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• On-call rotation on weekends once a month, covering Colonial House and three other locations.
• Some after-hour calls may need to be taken.
• Travel is rare; mileage is paid/reimbursed at $0.70 per mile.

Pay

Hiring range: $55,025 – $62,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience. Plus a $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.
