About the role

Midwest Roofing is looking for a Residential Superintendent to lead job sites and help the company continue its rapid growth. This role involves ensuring crews meet manufacturing specifications, serving as the primary liaison between homeowners and operations, and maintaining high professional standards across projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the “Quarterback” of job sites, overseeing crews and ensuring they hit manufacturing specs.
• Bridge communication between homeowners and operations teams.
• Maintain the highest professional standards from Eldon to Springfield.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership or superintendent experience.
• A passion for relentless self-improvement.
• Ability to travel (company vehicle provided).
• A “Team First” attitude.
