Residential Specialist- Young Adult Transitional Living (Overnight)

About the role

The Residential Specialist- Young Adult Transitional Living (Overnight) is responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for young adults in transitional living programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to residents
• Implement and enforce program policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized living space
• Coordinate with other staff members and external agencies
• Document resident interactions and progress
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with young adults
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
