Mister Sparky Electric of Baytown is seeking a Residential Service Technician/Electrician to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, company vehicle, training & development, and more.
Responsibilities
- Run residential service calls independently and confidently
- Diagnose electrical issues and present clear solutions to homeowners
- Install and repair wiring, outlets, panels, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Ensure all work meets NEC and Texas electrical code standards
- Use ServiceTitan to manage work orders, estimates, and customer notes
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and ready to work
- Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism and integrity on every call
Requirements
- Current Texas Wireman License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of residential service experience, including service calls
- ServiceTitan proficiency (required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly with homeowners
- Comfortable meeting sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
