Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes.
• Provide expert guidance to customers, explaining options and benefits clearly.
• Document work thoroughly and communicate effectively with customers and the team.
• Maintain and care for your company vehicle.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date on industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive residential plumbing experience required.
• Experience with water heater installation and removal.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting and carrying 60 lb.
