- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements
- Educate homeowners on their options
- Present repair and replacement solutions with confidence
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
- Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and job notes
- Maintain your truck, tools, and equipment
- Represent Soo Hipp Plumbing professionally on every call
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Can confidently diagnose plumbing problems
- Enjoys talking with homeowners
- Can explain solutions without pressure or gimmicks
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is dependable, honest, and coachable
- Wants to grow personally and professionally
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
