• Residential service, repair, and installation work
• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to homeowners
• Perform high-quality repairs that meet code and company standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
• Document work, materials, and notes using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a professional appearance and jobsite at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a residential service plumber
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills
• Pride in your workmanship and professionalism
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the trade
