As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, repair and replace fixtures, perform preventative maintenance, communicate solutions to homeowners, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure work is completed safely and to company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues
• Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and plumbing inspections
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience as a Residential Service Plumber
• Relevant plumbing licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
