Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Service Plumber
- Relevant plumbing licenses and certifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay
Up to $40/hour base pay, with total earning potential of $80,000 to $130,000+ annually. Performance‑based incentives and bonus opportunities are available, plus a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates.
Schedule
No on‑call responsibilities, consistent year‑round work, and flexible scheduling options including traditional schedules and 4‑day workweeks. The role is field‑based: work occurs at customer and job sites, with most nights at home and day trips to job sites.
