Residential Service Plumber

What You'll Do

• Respond to scheduled service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues
• Provide homeowners with practical, long-term repair and replacement solutions
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Complete repairs
• Replace fixtures and components
• Perform system upgrades
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Explain repair options
• Prepare accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan
• Maintain an organized service vehicle
• Work closely with the office team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in service, repair, or drain work
• Strong background in troubleshooting plumbing issues
• The ability to communicate solutions professionally and customer-friendly
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software (preferred but not required)
• Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing service calls independently
• Comfortable maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
