Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting with skill and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide accurate estimates and complete jobs on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report any faulty equipment or safety concerns.
• Follow national and local electrical codes, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold safety protocols and company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrician, with residential experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to adhering to all safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Ability to explain complex electrical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry trends.
• Proficient in repairing and installing electrical systems and equipment.
