Residential Sales Trainee - Northeast

About the role

The Residential Sales Trainee Program at Shaw Industries is a dynamic, 8-10 week career-launching experience designed to develop high-performing sales professionals. Trainees will receive hands-on training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching while learning about Shaw’s products, customers, and market strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, professional presentations, and more during training.
• Be placed into a sales location throughout the US as a Territory Manager following training, where you will apply what you learned with the support of other successful sales leaders.
• Gain hands-on, on-the-job training and learn best practices.

Who You Bring (Requirements)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• An interest in a long-term career in sales
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• A willingness to relocate to the market area in the US

Work Shift

An 8-hour non-rotating shift that falls to in-punch day, observed calendar, starting in the morning.
