Role Overview Our Residential Direct Sales Representatives are trusted community ambassadors who promote fiber internet, TV, and phone services through face-to-face interactions. They are responsible for engaging with homeowners, generating sales, managing customer accounts, and participating in community events to boost brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Connect with your community: Knock on 60+ doors daily, initiating conversations with 15-20 people.Make an impact: Help 1–3 families daily upgrade to reliable internet services.Represent the brand: Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.Conduct sales activities: Reach prospects, identify needs, and close sales.Manage customer relationships: Ensure satisfaction from sale to installation with follow-ups.Create community buzz: Attend events to educate and promote services. Qualifications & Skills Reliable transportation and eligibility for required permits/licenses.Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.Charismatic, confident, and able to engage effectively with diverse communities.
