Residential Sales Consultant - Plumbing

Responsibilities
- Visit customers in their homes, understand their comfort and plumbing needs, and present solutions that fit their situation and budget
- Educate homeowners on replacement and upgrade options, explain recommendations clearly, and guide them through the decision-making process
- Build trust, identify needs, and confidently recommend the right solution without relying on high-pressure tactics
Schedule
Monday through Friday, with some evening and Saturday appointments as needed
Compensation
$150,000–$200,000 target annual earnings, blended compensation including base pay and commission

Qualifications
- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Residential or in-home sales background preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
- Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized, dependable, and effective at managing your own schedule
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
