Responsibilities

• Reviewing sales orders and job scopes
• Ensuring equipment and materials are properly accounted for
• Planning on-site re-roof installations
• Managing subcontractor crews during installation
• Documenting project progress
• Communicating with management
• Resolving field issues
• Maintaining homeowner communication throughout the installation
• Completing final cleanup and homeowner walkthroughs

Requirements

• Experience in managing residential roofing installations
• Ability to coordinate subcontractor crews effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using project management tools
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
