About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Lead Carpenter to oversee residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish. This role involves performing skilled carpentry work, ensuring projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary on-site leader.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, trim installation, drywall repair, structural repairs, and custom carpentry.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, organize materials, manage workflow, and maintain project schedules.
- Interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades.
- Monitor workmanship throughout the project and maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
- Communicate directly with homeowners, provide project updates, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- At least five years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
- Experience leading projects and coordinating jobsite activities.
- Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, trim installation, drywall repair, and structural modifications.
- Experience working on custom homes or high-end residential remodeling projects (highly preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
- Thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods, and jobsite safety practices.
- Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work with power tools, saws, and other carpentry equipment.

Pay
$25.00-$34.00 per hour based on experience.
