Residential Recovery Tech PT/PRN

About the role

We are seeking flexible team members to provide coverage across three shifts. This position can be filled as either a Client Care Technician or a Recovery Support Technician.

Requirements

• Minimum Commitment: Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
• Onboarding: Ability to train twice a week when starting.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or a bachelor’s degree; or a total of 5 years’ experience and college combined.
• Certifications: Various other certifications will be required depending on experience level.
• Experience: Personal experience with recovery process and willingness to discuss it as appropriate. Demonstrated skills in human services and in services to adults. Demonstrated ability to work within organizational structure. Ability to accept supervision. Demonstrated ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and be insurable. Basic computer skills including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record.

Qualifications

Must be able to handle other duties as they arise or as coordinated with your supervisor to keep the program running smoothly.
