Residential Reconstruction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete multiple home reconstruction projects on time and within budget, maintaining communication with crews and the office regarding any changes or delays.
• Track and monitor the status of projects, identifying risks or problems and implementing proactive solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure company profitability.
• Stay in touch with clients, insurance agents, and our team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of residential construction
• Commercial construction experience as a plus
• Xactimate experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
• Effective communication skills via phone calls, messaging platforms, and other digital tools
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets
• Working knowledge of industry safety regulations
• Works well under pressure and gets things done on time

Pay

Competitive base salary of $80,000-$85,000 annually, with a total compensation package ranging from $110,000-$130,000.
