About the role
Responsible for managing the Residential First Mortgage and Equity Credit line Closing and Post Closing Teams within the National Mortgage Center. This group is responsible for coordinating and scheduling RRE loan closings with Settlement agents, preparing Loan Closing documentation, funding the loan, boarding the loan to our loan servicing system and performing Post Closing review of the loan closings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the adherence to Policies and Procedures of the Closing Team
- Manage the Closing Pipeline and Closing calendar within established service level agreements
- Address Closing related concerns with Bankers, Realtors, Attorney, Title Company, Settlement agents
- Manage the coordination Balancing of loan boarding to loan servicing system along with balancing of the funding of the loan to the banks General Ledger System
- Manage the Post Closing process identifying any deficiencies created during the closing and providing reporting and followup process to address and satisfy deficiencies within defined timeframes
- Adhere to Compliance Risk Assessment and Banking Risk Assessment IDs specific to Closing and Post Closing team, as well as overall National Mortgage Center
- Work with Loan Operations team to make sure loan boarding interface process adheres to required service level requirements and work with their team to enhance interface details as needed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in mortgage operations and loan servicing
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
Skills required for this role include:
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
Salary Range: $83,100 - 141,300 USD
