Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Perry office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
- Uphold McMichael & Gray's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Must live in or be willing to commute to the Perry area.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).
