Residential Purchasing Manager

About the Role

A top, private residential home builder is seeking a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager. This position offers great compensation, full benefits, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary
• Add site-specific resources and quantities into estimates to customize standard plans for use on specific lots
• Confirm that all options and selections have been included on the purchase orders
• Release purchase orders and schedules
• Help create option prices
• Support Construction staff during construction of homes
• Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid "extras"
• Generate monthly base home budget reports
• Lead weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager
