Responsibilities
- C Conduct internal and external inspections of residential properties to identify any issues or potential problems.
- D Document findings and prepare detailed reports for the customers as well as company documentation.
- R Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements for the property.
- S Schedule work orders as needed.
- T Ensure work orders are completed by following through during the process.
- P Communicate with customers to explain inspection results and answer any questions.
- Q Take emergency phone, for one week at a time, on a rotated schedule.
- X Ensure all inspections are conducted in a safe and professional manner.
- Y Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a trustworthy relationship with the customers.
Requirements
- A Valid Driver's License.
- B Prior Residential Property Inspecting experience (preferred).
- C A CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) Is Required.
- D Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- E Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- F Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or hazards.
- G Availability for storm inspections, as needed.
- H Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, computers, and smartphones.
- I Must be willing to learn new software as needed.
Physical Requirements
- J Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 80 pounds.
- K Physically fit and able to perform various tasks that include standing, climbing, lifting, walking, reaching, crawling, etc.
- L Ability to carry and set up extension ladders for roofing inspections.
- M Working conditions may vary based on weather. Weather conditions may be severe.
