Residential Project Manager

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from post-sale handoff through final completion.
• Cook up and track material orders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Schedule installation dates with customers, installation crews, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to uphold quality standards.
• Identify and resolve punch list items and oversee necessary field corrections.
• Address and resolve project-related issues involving customers, installers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications and Certifications

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the roofing industry.
• Hands-on experience with residential roofing installations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
