About the role
The Residential Program Manager - IDD Services oversees a team of professionals providing comprehensive support services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residential program.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement service plans that meet individual needs.
- Mentor and train staff members.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to enhance support services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IDD services management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
