What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners after plumbing inspections or service evaluations to review their plumbing concerns and recommend repair, replacement, or system upgrade options
• Explain available solutions, discuss the benefits of each option, answer customer questions, and help homeowners make confident decisions about protecting their homes
• Prepare professional proposals, maintain accurate customer records and estimates in ServiceTitan, follow up on pending opportunities, and coordinate closely with the service, installation, and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial consultation through project completion
• Build relationships, educate customers, and deliver solutions that create lasting trust

What We're Looking For

• Experience in consultative sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, or other customer-focused sales environments
• Previous experience selling plumbing, HVAC, remodeling, roofing, windows, or similar residential services is highly preferred
• Confident communicators who listen well, build rapport quickly, and can present solutions in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner
• Strong organization, consistent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service are essential
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus
