Residential Plumbing - Plumber Service Tech

About the role

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Diego is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber.

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing service calls throughout the San Diego area
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and explain findings in a way homeowners can understand
• Provide clear repair and replacement options with upfront pricing
• Help customers make confident decisions without pressure or gimmicks
• Complete approved plumbing repairs and installations with quality workmanship
• Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing professionally in the home and in the field
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to keep calls running smoothly
• Document each job properly in ServiceTitan
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, professional condition
• Follow company procedures for safety, pricing, communication, and job completion
• Absorb more advanced plumbing calls when needed based on experience and skill level

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to explain plumbing issues and options clearly to homeowners
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Customer-first attitude
• Pride in clean work, clean documentation, and doing the job right
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay

$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
