Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing tailored plumbing solutions and professional recommendations
• Conduct in-home assessments, explain service options, generate estimates, and effectively close sales opportunities
• Evaluate plumbing systems and develop project estimates based on job specifications, customer needs, and local plumbing codes
• Partner with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities
• Follow up on leads and referrals to contribute to departmental growth
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, communication, and customer service

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with strong technical abilities
• Residential sales or customer-facing experience within the plumbing or home services industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and applicable local codes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
