Residential Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in the Natick, Massachusetts area.
• Use industry-leading training to provide pest control solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Recognize areas that could benefit from pest control services and sell these services to customers.
• Work independently and make personal connections with customers.
• Enjoy making a difference in the lives of homeowners and business owners by keeping them safe and healthy.

Requirements

• High School/GED or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Physical ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Entomologists and seasoned management support the treatments and solutions provided.
• Possess the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
